SUNNIGOO ships every electric scooter and e-bike from our European warehouse with free delivery, a 2-year warranty, and a 30-day return policy. This page explains exactly what to expect when you order from sunnigoo.com.

Free EU Shipping - 3 to 5 Working Days

Every order ships from our EU warehouse (France / Germany) with free standard delivery to all served European markets: France, Spain, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Poland, and more. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a business day are dispatched the same day; orders placed after 14:00 or on weekends ship the next business day.

All shipments include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. No customs fees or import duties are charged for EU orders - all taxes are included.

2-Year Warranty

Every SUNNIGOO product is covered by our European warranty:

  • Frame and motor: 2 years from the date of delivery.
  • Battery: 1 year from the date of delivery.
  • Charger and accessories: 6 months from the date of delivery.

If a manufacturing defect occurs within the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund the affected part at no cost to you. Contact us at service@sunnigoo.com with your order number and a photo or video of the issue, and our support team will respond within 24 hours.

30-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The product must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.

To initiate a return, email service@sunnigoo.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will provide a return address and instructions within 24 hours.

Spare Parts and Service

We stock spare parts - batteries, chargers, brake pads, tyres, controllers, and more - in our EU warehouse. Spare parts ship within 3-5 working days. Our support team is available at service@sunnigoo.com for technical questions, parts orders, and warranty claims. We also maintain a service centre in Messel, Germany for hands-on repairs.
