SUNNIGOO is a European e-mobility brand: our scooters and e-bikes are stocked in EU warehouses, delivered duty-free inside the European Union in 3–5 working days, and serviced by our own service center in Messel, Germany. This page explains exactly what happens after you order — where your scooter ships from, who repairs it, which spare parts are kept in stock, and how fast you get help in English, French, Spanish or German.

Where your order ships from

Every vehicle on sunnigoo.com ships from our European warehouse network (Germany and Poland), not from an overseas container. That means no customs clearance, no import duties and no surprise VAT bill at the door for EU customers. Typical delivery is 3–5 working days, tracked, with free shipping inside the EU.

Service center: Messel, Germany

Warranty repairs, diagnostics and paid service work are handled at our service center in Messel, Germany, by technicians who work on the SUNNIGOO range every day. Appointments are booked by email in advance so your scooter is not sitting in a queue. Because the workshop is in the EU, a repair is a short round trip rather than an international shipment.

Spare parts we keep in stock

• Drive & control — motors, controllers, accelerators, main cables and LCD dashboards.

Parts are stocked in the EU, so most orders reach you within days. Every accessory page lists the compatible models with a direct link back to the scooter it fits — check the batch number under the footrest or on the side panel before ordering to confirm fitment.
