The SUNNIGOO 48V 21Ah lithium battery pack is the original replacement pack for the X7 and X7PRO electric scooters: 1,008 Wh of usable energy in a 13S8P configuration, rated for 50 A continuous discharge so both 1,800 W hub motors can pull full current on a climb without the voltage sag that makes a tired pack feel slow. Which scooters does this pack fit?
This pack is built for the two 48 V, 21 Ah models on the same frame platform:
- SUNNIGOO X7 — dual-motor all-rounder, 3,600 W combined, 45–60 km per charge.
- SUNNIGOO X7PRO — off-road flagship with 11-inch pneumatic tires and uprated suspension, same 48 V 21 Ah pack, 45–60 km per charge.
Both models reach their full rated range on this pack, measured with a 75 kg rider on flat terrain, no wind, at 25 °C. Expect 10–20 % less in cold weather and 15–25 % less on sustained off-road climbs, where the dual motors draw current continuously.
What does not fit
Voltage and pack format differ across the range, and a mismatched pack will not seat in the battery bay — or worse, will not be protected by the scooter's controller. In particular:
- X10 — 60 V system with a 38 Ah pack. Higher voltage, different enclosure; do not substitute.
- N8 (48 V 13 Ah) and N9 (48 V 18 Ah) — same nominal voltage but a smaller, differently shaped pack with its own mounting points.
- N5, N6, N7PRO, N3MAX, N3LMAX, X11 — different pack formats and battery bays; this 21 Ah pack will not seat correctly, and the controller will not recognise its state of charge.

Signs the pack is reaching the end of its life
A lithium pack does not fail overnight. These are the usual warning signs, roughly in the order they appear:
- Range drops by more than a fifth on a route you ride regularly — the clearest single indicator.
- The last bar falls fast. A healthy pack holds its final segment; an aged one collapses from two bars to zero in a kilometre.
- Noticeable power loss on climbs. Voltage sag under load trips the low-voltage cutoff before the pack is actually empty.
- Charging finishes much sooner than the usual 6–8 hours — capacity is gone, not charging speed improved.
- The pack feels warm or swells after a normal ride. Stop using it and contact us; this is a safety issue, not a performance one.
Fitting and first charge
Replacement takes about fifteen minutes with the hex keys in the box: power the scooter down, remove the deck panel, disconnect the main connector (never pull by the cable), lift the old pack out, seat the new one on its rails and reconnect until the latch clicks. Charge the new pack fully before the first ride so the battery management system can calibrate its top-of-charge reference. Keep the pack between 20 % and 80 % for long storage, and store it indoors above 5 °C over winter — a pack left flat and freezing for months loses capacity permanently.

Battery packs carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, in line with the coverage on the scooter itself. Packs ship from our EU warehouse in 3-5 working days, with no customs paperwork or import duties for EU customers.
