Buying a personal electric vehicle online means trusting a factory you may never see. At SUNNIGOO, every scooter and e-bike that leaves our EU warehouse passes through a documented quality-control pipeline — from battery cell inspection to a final road test — before it is sealed for shipping. This page explains exactly what we test, how often we test it, and how to reach our European service team if anything falls short.

100% pre-shipment inspection

Unlike sellers who spot-check a sample batch, every single SUNNIGOO unit is inspected before dispatch. Our checklist covers: battery cell voltage and capacity verification, brake lever response and disc alignment, motor hall-sensor calibration, headlight and turn-signal function, display and controller pairing, folding-mechanism locking force, and tire pressure. Units that fail any checkpoint are returned to the line — never shipped with a discount.

Certifications you can verify

Our road-legal models carry CE certification under EN 17128, and the SUNNIGOO N5 is ABE-certified for German roads — documents we provide on request with every order. All lithium batteries are tested to UN 38.3 transport standards and ship with certified packaging. Because we are an independent European brand — not a marketplace reseller — certification claims are backed by named manufacturers and traceable batch numbers.

European service, not a contact form in another timezone

Spare parts for every model we sell are stocked at our EU warehouse, and authorized repair and warranty service is available at our service center in Messel, Germany, by appointment. Our support team answers in English, French, Spanish, German, and Italian — typically within one working day. Every scooter ships with a 24-month warranty covering frame, motor, and battery, and replacement parts remain available long after a model's production run ends.

How we handle problems

If your order arrives damaged or a fault appears within the warranty period, contact service@sunnigoo.com with your order number and a short video or photo. We diagnose remotely first; when a part is needed, we ship it from EU stock in 3–5 working days — not from an overseas warehouse measured in weeks.
