Mobility Scooters

The SUNNIGOO L3 is a foldable four-wheel seated electric mobility scooter for adults — dual 250W motors (500W total), a 36V 18Ah battery with 45–60 km of range, a 120 kg maximum load and three speed gears up to 18 km/h, shipped from our EU warehouse in 3–5 working days.

A Steady, Seated Ride for Everyday Life

The SUNNIGOO L3 is a seated electric scooter designed for adults and seniors who value stability over speed. Its dual 250W motors (500W total) handle gentle inclines with ease, while three speed gears — 6, 12 and 18 km/h — let you match the pace to the rider and the road.

45–60 km of Range

The 36V 18Ah lithium battery carries the L3 45–60 km on a single 5–8 hour overnight charge — a full week of market runs, park loops and neighborhood errands without plugging in.

Safety You Can See

10-inch anti-skid tires keep the L3 planted on rain-slicked bike lanes, and the integrated LED brake light alerts cyclists and drivers behind you before you slow. As a low-speed scooter, it keeps every ride calm and predictable — the kind of safety that matters most for seniors and the families who choose their ride.

Folds for the Trunk, Ready for the Day

The seat cushion lifts off and the frame folds down to 420 × 580 × 760 mm — small enough for a car trunk or a storage corner at home. The frame is rated for a 120 kg max load, with simple controls and a comfortable seat that’s easy to get on and off.

A Morning in Amsterdam

Picture a 72-year-old retired teacher whose knees no longer agree with bicycles. His daughter did the research, compared mobility scooters and electric bikes, and settled on a foldable seated scooter that felt manageable rather than intimidating.

Now the mornings have a rhythm again: down the bike lane to the market, wide tires sure-footed even after rain; home again with the bags. Afternoons belong to the park, the pigeons, and the neighbors who keep remarking how much easier it looks to handle than a standard mobility scooter.

By his own description, it beats waiting for the bus — and the route he rides every single day is the proof.

Technical Specifications

Looking for a mobility scooter with a seat, a foldable electric scooter for seniors, a stable low-speed scooter for a parent, or an easy-riding scooter for someone with reduced mobility? The L3 was designed around exactly those checklists.

SUNNIGOO L3 — Frequently Asked Questions

How fast is the SUNNIGOO L3?

Top speed is 18 km/h, with three gears — 6, 12 and 18 km/h — so you can match the pace to the rider and the road. First gear is gentle enough for learning in a hallway, third gear is brisk enough for bike lanes and riverside paths, and the low-speed design keeps every ride calm and predictable.

How far can the L3 travel on one charge?

The 36V 18Ah lithium-ion battery carries the L3 45–60 km on a single charge.* That is a full week of market runs, park loops and errands for most riders — no daily plug-in routine required. *Measured with a 75 kg rider on flat roads, no wind, at 25°C. Hills, heavy loads and cold weather reduce real-world range.

Is the L3 legal on European roads?

At 18 km/h with four wheels and a seat, the L3 is positioned as a low-speed personal mobility device rather than a moped. Across most EU countries it is treated like a mobility aid — no registration, no licence and no insurance requirement for private land and pedestrian areas. Rules for public roads vary by country and municipality, so check local regulations before riding on carriageways.

What is the weight and maximum load of the L3?

The L3 weighs 39 kg net (45 kg gross) and carries up to 120 kg. The seat cushion lifts off and the frame folds to 420 × 580 × 760 mm, so despite its long-range battery it still fits a car trunk or a storage corner at home.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

A full charge takes 5–8 hours from the included charger — an overnight top-up on any standard EU socket and the L3 is ready for the next day. The 36V 18Ah pack (648 Wh) is sized so that most riders charge only two or three times a week.

What's in the box?

Your L3 arrives with the four-wheel scooter frame, the removable seat cushion, the 36V 18Ah lithium-ion battery, the EU-standard charger, and a printed user manual. Assembly is limited to seating the cushion and unfolding the frame — no tools, no workshop visit, ready to ride in minutes.

Where can I get spare parts for the L3?

Batteries, chargers, tyres, brake parts and seat components are stocked and shipped from our EU warehouse in 3–5 working days. Order through sunnigoo.com or contact our support team with your order number and we will match the correct part to your L3.
