How long does it take to charge?
The 36V 7.5Ah battery reaches full charge in 4–5 hours with the included charger. Plug it in at the office, at home or in a university common room and it is ready for the return journey the same day. The battery is integrated into the deck for a clean look and low centre of gravity.
What’s in the box?
The N5 ships with the scooter folded, the integrated 36V 7.5Ah battery, a 42V 1.5A charger, a set of hex keys, the user manual, the ABE certificate summary and a warranty card. Initial assembly takes under five minutes: unfold the stem, tighten the clamp, check the tyre pressure and brakes, and ride.

L'X11 è legale sulle strade europee?
L'X11 può circolare legalmente sulla maggior parte delle strade europee se utilizzato al limite di 25 km/h in modalità motore singolo (potenza nominale 250W), nel rispetto dei limiti standard di potenza e velocità previsti per i monopattini elettrici. La modalità fuoristrada da 45 km/h e i 800W combinati del bimotore sono destinati esclusivamente a terreni privati, piste chiuse e uso off-road. Prima di circolare su strada pubblica è sempre necessario verificare le normative locali. A Milano come nelle altre città italiane, il limite di 25 km/h consente di agganciare l'X11 alla circolazione urbana dei monopattini. Chi cerca un commuter omologato per la Germania può scegliere il SUNNIGOO N5 (conformità ABE, 250W).
Qual è il peso e la portata massima?
L'X11 pesa circa 22 kg — abbastanza leggero da essere trasportato su una rampa di scale o caricato nel bagagliaio quando è piegato. Il telaio in alluminio aeronautico supporta un carico massimo del conducente di 120 kg. Il meccanismo di piegatura blocca saldamente il manubrio per il trasporto, e la batteria rimovibile può essere staccata per ridurre il peso di trasporto di circa 4 kg.
Quanto tempo serve per la ricarica?
Una ricarica completa da batteria scarica richiede circa 4–6 ore con il caricabatterie intelligente 48V incluso. Il caricabatterie è calibrato specificamente per la batteria 48V 15Ah per proteggere la salute delle celle e massimizzare il ciclo di vita. È supportata la ricarica parziale — un'ora di ricarica recupera in genere 10–15 km di autonomia per chi ha bisogno di una carica rapida tra uno spostamento e l'altro.
