Our Warranty Promise

Every SUNNIGOO e-bike and e-scooter is covered against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, starting from the delivery date:

• Whole vehicle (motor, controller, display, frame and mechanical parts) — 12 months
• Battery (manufacturing defects only; normal capacity loss is not covered) — 6 months
• Wear parts (tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, saddle) — 30 days (factory defects only)
• Free maintenance service — 180 days: one complimentary inspection and tune-up (brake adjustment, bolt tightening, tyre check) within 6 months of delivery

Extended Warranty

Add a 1-year Extended Warranty for €69.99 at checkout and extend the same coverage for an additional 12 months. It takes effect automatically the day after your standard warranty expires — no registration needed. Available only when you place your order.

What’s Covered

Defects in materials and workmanship under normal, private use, in accordance with the user manual.

What’s Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear (tyres, inner tubes, brake pads, chains, saddles)
• Misuse, abuse or neglect; failure to follow the user manual
• Unauthorised disassembly, modification or repair; non-original parts
• Water damage — riding through water deeper than 4 cm or prolonged submersion
• Accidents, collisions, falls or external impact; overloading
• Commercial or rental use
• Altered or removed serial numbers
• Missing proof of purchase
• Second-hand units or purchases from unauthorised resellers
• Natural battery capacity loss (ageing)

How to Make a Claim

1. Email our support team with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or videos.
2. We respond within 24–48 hours and assess the fault.
3. Minor faults: we ship free replacement parts with installation guidance.
4. Major faults: we arrange repair at our EU service centre.

Valid warranty claims are free of charge for parts and labour.

Legal Note

This commercial warranty does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer law (24-month legal guarantee of conformity). The warranty is valid for the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
